Update (2/18/2021): Our summer 2021 application will open soon. We will post updates here and on our social media as soon as they are available.
Because of unforeseen circumstances and to ensure we meet our COVID-19 guidelines – our original date to open the vendor application is no longer relevant.

Please know that the amount of vendors we will accept this season is extremely limited due to following our COVID-19 site map and guidelines.

Vendor Fee FAQs:
What are your vendor fees?
Summer
  • Full Time Farmer, Rancher, Grower – $625
  • Full Time Producer/Value Added/Prepared Food – $750
  • Parking Lane – $560 (alcohol vendors only)
  • Scholarship Awardees – $250
  • Additional spaces – $150 each
Occasional
  • 1-9 dates: $85/market
  • 10-15 dates: $60/market
  • 16-20 dates: $50/market
  • *20+ dates will be evaluated on a case by case basis
*** Full payment due Friday, April 2, 2021.
We are a hyper local farmers market and require all products to be grown or produced within a 100-mile radius of Pittsburgh.
Please know that once our application is live, we will list every category of vendor we are not interested in accepting because of being at capacity for that product category.
