Community Meeting for Proposed New Development at Pearl Street and Friendship Avenue

November 9, 2017 @ 6:30 pm - 8:00 pm

A new series of 6 town homes is being proposed for development at the corner of Pearl Street and Friendship Avenue, with the residences all to front on Pearl Street and span from Friendship Avenue to Rosina Way. The developers, Walnut Capital, have requested a community meeting prior to scheduling a zoning hearing in order to better understand what the community wants to see.

As part of our ongoing community process for new developments that come into the neighborhood, Bloomfield Development Corporation invites you to a community meeting on Thursday, November 9 at 6:30 PM at the Irma Freeman Center (5006 Penn Ave) to hear a presentation from the development team and to ask questions.

If you have any questions, contact BDC by email ([email protected]) or phone (412-681-8800).
